Kelly Laurendine graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language/International Business and cognate study in Technical Writing. After over 10 years as a technical writer and editor, her personal journey led her to further pursue natural therapies. Throughout her lifetime, she particularly struggled with stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. She used yoga, Reiki, counseling and coaching to develop personally, as well as spiritually. Then, after suffering injuries from a car incident that included a severe concussion and caused three of her spinal vertebrae to be thrown forward and rotated, she used yoga, Reiki, and massage therapy to heal herself physically. A believer in the healing arts, she has since become trained in and practiced several natural healing modalities.
Kelly is a Certified Holistic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher (RMT), Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500), Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, Certified Holistic Coach, and an Ordained Awakening Spirit Minister.
